What it is:

A 2 hour gathering of artists to come together and practice their skills in a low pressure envirnment!

WHat it is NOT:

A class. I will not be teaching anything, or going over basic acting principles. That doesn’t mean if you have no experience that you aren’t welcome to attend, just that we wont be teaching those things in a direct way.

WHY IS IT?

My life calling is to direct, and I have directed close to 30 short films, and a feature film. Due to the demands of production, actually working with actors is what I have done the least amount, so this workshop is an opportunity for me to workout those communication skills and relationship skills that must be there between Actor and Director.

What to expect:

it starts with just a little gathering where we chat and get to know each other. I will send you a scene a few days before the workshop that you, hopefully will have the time to be off book ( not required ). You’ll break out with your scene partners for a period, they come and perform the scene. We will have a little echange of ideas and you’ll re-perform. Low stakes but high value situation.
